It is with great pride that I introduce you to our company, Resolve Marine Group. We are a unique organization that has forged a solid reputation in the some of the world€™s most challenging environments and through our school bring this experience to you. I recognize, as do you, that your training means much more than completing a course and receiving a diploma. Therefore it is only prudent that you fully understand who your training partner is. The training that we are offering to you is the best in the industry and much of it has come from our own experiences in the field. We are like no other training school in existence today. We have established RESOLVE FIRE AND HAZARD out of our desire to properly train you the mariner to the highest level possible. When you graduate from our facility you will depart us with a true self-confidence that will enable you to handle any marine casualty and with the understanding when and how to protect yourself, crew mates and passengers. Therefore, as your training partner we welcome you aboard. Resolve operates in diverse yet interrelated marine fields. Current company organization has Resolve Marine Group divided into the three separate divisions described below.


RESOLVE FIRE AND HAZARD (RFH):This is our training division, and one that all of us at Resolve Marine Group are uniquely attached. This is due to the fact that all of us within the company have been able to add to its successful and realistic training, due to the team€™s ability to share our field experiences. We have learned so much within our areas of experience over the years and we feel compelled to pass this experience on to you. Our missions have brought us face to face with numerous avoidable disasters, that most if not all could have been avoided had certain and obvious safety principles been considered. Our success has been only possible from our teamwork, (both in the field and in performance of company training sessions). It is this single beneficial component that is the secret to our long lasting success. I€™d like to Thank You for joining our team and making RESOLVE your training partner.



RESOLVE TOWING AND SALVAGE:This division is considered the industry leader in marine salvage, and has successfully performed through completion all contracts accepted. These include some of the most difficult, dangerous and complex operations that the salvage industry has ever seen. Our expertise as a salvage company is recognized by the world€™s insurance industry leaders as the "can do" organization, and we proudly strive to meet our client€™s expectations on every job that we tackle. Our missions are as diverse as our company. Examples range from salvaging a ship on behalf of an Insured, the Colombian Government and the US Drug Enforcement Agency (this ship was heavily loaded with drugs) and doing so in the most difficult and dangerous rivers in South America while under constant threat of reprisal by the Cali Drug Cartel. Later we recovered what was to be labeled, by both the US Government€™s FAA & National Transportation Safety Board, as the most difficult aviation recovery in the history of all of aviation worldwide. This being the Valu-Jet recovery from within the Florida Everglades. RESOLVE was the sole contractor for this recovery, and not only did we undertake the recovery but we also located the probable cause of the accident, while performing the recovery in the Everglades. Our list of accomplishments is very extensive, and without rival in the industry.

RESOLVE MARINE SERVICES:Our vessel operations division owns and operates a fleet of ocean going, blue water tugs and barges. These vessels deliver a diverse array of cargoes from US military ammunitions and explosives to transporting very unique and costly co-generation power plants. We also have evolved into one of world€™s largest artificial reef placement companies.

This distinction is based on the shear number vessels, (over twenty plus to date along the US East Coast alone) that we have cleaned and placed for various U.S. and foreign governments. We provide technical assistance to some of the largest companies in the world by providing them with vital marine knowledge & operational techniques, thus allowing them to successfully complete their jobs.
